Sabse pehle almond ko pani me bhigo de or side me rahke, jab tak rabri banate hai.

Sabse pehle ek kadai lege,maine iron ki li aap koi b le usme milk ko boil hone rhake.

Jab wo boil ho and malai ki layer aaye usse knife se kadai ke side me chipka de asa tab tak karein jab tak milk reduce na go jaye ache se,half milk ho jaye and beech me milk b chlate jaye,jalna nahi chaiye.

Ab sugar add karein and cook karein jab tak sugar dissolve na ho jaye.

Now almond ko chopped karke add karein and kesar add karein mix karein...flame off karein or rabri ko room tempture par aane de.

Ek side ek orange ko peel kar ke uske segments nikal le or do pieces me cut karein.

And garnish ke liye Orange peel b cut karein toda,rabri jab cool ho jaye orange sagments add karein,mix karein chill kar ke orange peel bowl me peel and kesar se garnish kar ke serve karein.
