Steps

Fry onion and peppers with olive oil, then add mixed ginger, garlic & dhania. Leave to fry all together for few minutes

Then add carrots and wait a bit. Add spinach cook on low heat & close your pot. Mix well with other ingredients then add tomatoes and chicken stock also leave it a bit with lid closed.

Mix cream of mushroom with water to make a paste then add to your pot. Then my favourite a dash of fresh cream...nazo enjoy
