Finely slice the cabbage and grate the carrot. Did mine in a food processor.

Finely dice the chilli and combine with the cabbage and carrot

Mix together the city's juice, sugar salt and pepper
- 4
Dress the veg with the dressing and taste. If it needs a bit more spur add down more juice, more sweet add down more sugar.

Yummy with halloumi and flat breads with some minty yogurt sauce.
