Boil your diced potatoes with onion and 1 cup water for 7 minutes

Add frozen vegetables and boil for 3 minutes

Pour into your bowl and let it cool

Mix wit mayonnaise and a pinch of salt

It is ready to serve with your favourite meat and little starch
