Ingredients

45 minutes.
5 serves
  1. 500 gmeat (beef)
  2. 1large onion(diced)
  3. 2tomatoes(diced)
  4. 3 tbspoil
  5. 1 tbsptomato paste
  6. 1 tsproyco
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

45 minutes.
  1. 1

    Cut the beef into small cubes to medium cubes.

  2. 2

    Put in a sufuria, and boil for around 25 minutes until the meat becomes soft

  3. 3

    Add onions to the sufuria after the water is dried off or drained off.

  4. 4

    Add salt and stir. Then add onions and fry until the onions become soft.

  5. 5

    Then add tomatoes and stir. Cover to allow the tomatoes to melt down.

  6. 6

    Mix/Stir with the wooden spoon then then add the tomato paste and stir very well to prevent lumps from being in the stew.

  7. 7

    Then dissolve royco in water then add to the meat and stir. Boil for 5 minutes and add water then to create stew.

  8. 8

    Then serve with any food like ugali or rice or even chapati.
