Heat up frying pan pour in vegetable oil, add shrimp and fry after 3mins add onions ginger and garlic

Stir in tomatoes and pepper fry for about 3mins add stock cube, salt, soy sauce and stir and allow it simmer for 2mins

Add in all the bell pepper and a pinch of basil cook for a minute and turn of heat. Serve with basmati rice
