My love for yam Is beyond what you can fathom. So iam always getting around yam irrespective of the season.
Hence yam is too hard now,I soak them for about 30minute in cold water before deep drying it.

Ingredients

  1. Tuber of yam
  2. vegetable oil
  3. fresh pepper
  4. 1ball of onions
  5. cubemaggi

Steps

40minutes
  1. 1

    Peel off the yan bark & soak it in cold water for about 30minute

  2. 2

    Deep fry the yam after sprinkling a pinch of salt

  3. 3

    Gently place them in a dry sieve when it is dry and ready

  4. 4

    Pound or blend fresh pepper and onions together

  5. 5

    Put the blended purri into an empty pot and sprinkle maggi cube

  6. 6

    Immediately add the already heated vegetable oil used in frying

  7. 7

    Stir and serve with your already fried yam

  8. 8

    Bon Appetit!
