Ingredients

4 serves

3/4 kgmeat
4medium size tomatoes
1onion
1 tbsptomato paste
2 tbspoil
to tasteSalt

Steps

1

Boil the meat for a while until soft.

When all water has dried up add in oil and onions and fry until soft.

Add in tomatoes until they melt down

Add water and salt. Allow to boil for a few minutes then add in royco and tomatoes paste and stir.
5

Boil for 6 more minutes then serve.
