Swiss Chard and Meat Lasagna!!! Delicious!!!

Wash and chop the Swiss chard. Cook it with a little water until it reduces in volume. Before it's fully cooked, add half of the chopped bell peppers and season with salt and chili flakes or your preferred spices. Turn off the heat and set aside.

For the meat: Sauté the two chopped onions in a little oil (or water). When translucent, add the remaining chopped bell peppers, then add the ground beef. Stir, and once cooked, add tomato puree to moisten the meat. Season and set aside.

For the white sauce: Chop and sauté the onion. When it's cooked and starts to brown, gradually add milk and flour, whisking as you go. Use as much milk and flour as you like—the more you add, the more sauce you'll get. Season with salt and nutmeg, then set aside.

Place a layer of pasta, then add the meat. On top, add slices of ham and cheese. Add another layer of pasta, then the Swiss chard mixture, then the white sauce, and, if you like, more ham and cheese. Continue layering pasta, fillings, and sauce as many times as you want!

To finish, I added a layer of pasta, moistened it with a little of the meat sauce, and sprinkled grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven until heated through and enjoy!
