Steps

Grate onion and garlic or grind in a blender.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine.

Shape into four patties.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet on medium heat.

Place patties in skillet, turning once. Cook for four minutes each side or until internal temp is 165. Turn of heat and place a slice of cheese on top of each patty.
