In 1 cup of warm water add 1 tbsp coconut milk powder of maggi and mix well. Coconut milk is ready. Heat this coconut milk in a pan, add 5 tbsp soaked tapioca

Add 3 tbsp milk powder. Cook until the tapioca gets translucent and float on top. Add 3/4 tbsp of sugar free or powder sugar.

Switch off the flame, add 2 drops of rose essence, mix well. Place in refrigerator to chill.

Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of fruits,then add tapioca custard. Repeat this process till the top. Garnish with fruits and basil leaves.

Tip you can increase the quantity of coconut milk powder in water.
