Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour in water, a little at a time and mix well. Keep kneading for about 10-15 minutes into a nice firm dough but mustn't be hard. Cover with a plastic bag and place in a warm place.

Once it has risen double the size, pour in the cooking oil and knead until all the oil is incorporated and it's a soft dough again. Place the dough in a loaf tin and place it in a warm place to rise again. Once risen, bake in 160 degrees centigrade for 30 to 40 minutes.
