Steps

Take maida in a muslin cloth and tie a knot.

Wash and cook mung dal with double water. cook this maida separately in same pressure cooker (3 whistles)

Remove maida from cloth, crush it and make fine powder (use mixer)

Mix it with cooked dal..

Add chill garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder salt and make chakali dough (use little water just one or two teaspoon if required)

Take small portion from dough, fill in chakli maker..

Make chaklis and deep fry in hot oil... #Don't add single drop of oil in chakli dough*
