Ingredients

  • rice-1cup boiled
  • Singhara atta-2tblps
  • Green chilli-2
  • pieceGinger-1small
  • Curd-2cupwhisk fully
  • Roasted zeera-1tsp
  • Red chilli-1/2tsp
  • to tasteRock salt
  • Meetha chutney
  • For stuffing
  • Coconut powder-2tblps
  • piecesRaisins-1tbls cut into small
  • leavesCoriander
  • to tasteRock salt according
  • Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix rice ginger green chilli mash it or grind in mixer. Add atta to it

  2. 2

    Mix the stuffing ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix all the stuffing ingredients. Makes all balls flat on palms fill with stuffing and mak balls again.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan fry bhalla on slow fire. Whisk curd add salt to it.

  5. 5

    Dip bhalla in curd.decoratte with zeera mirch and meethi chutney
