Ingredients: 200 gm Mashed potatoes; 100 gm Sweet corns crushed-; 2 tbsp Spring onion chopped -; 1 tbsp Green chillies chopped -; 1.5 tbsp Cornflour -; 1 tbsp Roasted besan -; to taste Salt; 1 tsp Garam masala -; 2 tsp Ghee -; Sesame oil - 2 tsp mixed with 2 tsp red chilli powder to brush

Sesame oil - 2 tsp mixed with 2 tsp red chilli powder to brush

Steps

1. Mix all the ingredients together except ghee and oil for brushing and keep aside.
2

Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and using a thick skewers,press the mixture on it using wet fingers.and make kebabs.
3

Brush each kebab with the oil and chilli mixture and cook till evenly cooked.Serve with honey garlic dip
