In a pot over medium heat, sauté the onion in the oil until golden, then add the tomato.

Rinse the lentils and add them to the pot with the onion. Add the vegetables and stir well, then cover the vegetables with water.

Add salt, bouillon cube, black pepper, and spices to the lentils and vegetables. Cook until everything is tender.

Once cooked, transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Return to the pot and bring to a boil, then serve in a bowl and garnish with parsley.
