Beans is a very important food classified under protein family, packed with Fibre, Vitamins,Iron, Pottasium and no fats or cholesterol. Beans has got alot of amazing nutritional health benefits....an easy to prepare meal with little ingredients needed.

Pick your beans and discard stones and dirt. Pour into a bowl and rinse with water. Pour into a pot of water and let it boil for 15mins. Take down the pot and rinse with cold water

Put beans back into the pot, add water and chopped onions and cook.

Once the beans is getting soft, add in your ingredients; crayfish, pepper, know cubes, smoked fish, salt to taste & palm oil. Stir with cooking spoon to mix well. Cover and leave to simmer on medium heat for 15mins. Voila your porridge beans is ready.
