Ingredients

30 minutes
7 servings
  • 1/2 kgchunky meat of your choice
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1onion
  • 1small green pepper
  • 2 tbsoxtail soup
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1hand full frozen veggies
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 cubeknorrox

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash well the meat and mix with garlic and onion and oil let it cook in a mild temperature for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Stir the soup in a 1/4 cup of water add pepper and frozen veggies and knorrox for taste

  3. 3

    Add to the pot, meat and cook on a low temperature for another 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve. It's delicious
