30 servings

3 packetsground ginger
4 small packetstartaric
2 tbscream of tartar
2,5 kgsugar
2oranges
20 litreswater

Steps

1

Put all ingredients in 20 litres of water

Cut the oranges in squares pour in bucket
3

Stir until sugar dissolved
4

Cover and leave for 4-6 days depending on weather if its hot take shorter time

When ready take the oranges out then strain it

Then its ready to serve
