Mix one cup besan,salt hing and haldi and add water to a consistency of making pakode

In a pan heat oil & pour spoon of paste in oil make pakodiya for kadhhi they should not be brown,light brown us our requirement

In a pan heat one tablespoon oil now add mustard seeds,Laal Mirch and curry leaves,then add turmeric powder, garam masala and add half cup water

In a deep vessel curd salt and hing the left besan and one cup water & blender se blend kare
- 5
This blended curd besan mix will be added to the pan in which tadka is there
- 6
Keep stirring & let it boil at high flame for five minutes & ten minutes at medium flame,kardhi is ready 😊 serve it with rice
