For the Meat: In a pot, put 2 tablespoons of butter and onion and stir till the onion is transparent and lightly brown, add the meat, salt and pepper and cover the pot.

Stir every now and then till it is cooked. Set aside.

In another pot, add the rest of the butter, peas, chicken powder and pepper and stir for 1 minute. Add water and bring to a boil.

Add the rice and cover the pot, bring it to a boil then lower the heat and leave it for almost 25 minutes, till it is cooked.

To serve, put the rice and then minced meat and roasted nuts on top.
