Peel potatoes and cut into uniform pieces. Boil in salted water until almost fully cooked.

Meanwhile, chop pepper, onion, and kielbasa. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Use less if using a non-stick pan. Start sauteing the veggies.

Add kielbasa slices and saute until heated through and beginning to brown.

Add corn. Drain potatoes and add to skillet. Mix gently and allow potatoes to finish cooking in the skillet. Bonus points for you if you can get them brown and crispy!

Season to taste with more salt and pepper. Enjoy!
