Beat cream with sugar till 2nd stage, add essence. cut thin fruit slices.

Arrange cake slices in serving dish, soak with pineapple juice. Add some mixed fruit, press it and pour some whipped cream over it.

Repeat this procedure, garnish with stiff cream, cherries, kiwi & strawberry, serve chill.
