Now jab continue stir krte huye yhe mixture dough form main aane lege than isme powder sugar add krenge and green cardamom powder bhi add krenge.

Now jab yhe dough form main aa jayega than gas off kar denge. And ek plate ko ghee se greese kar lenge and usme is dough ko faila denge. And apnei manpasad shape main mark lega denge.after 10 minute main is burfi ko plate nikal lenge. phir usse pista se granish kar denge..
