Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  • 125 gbutter
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 3 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbscocoa
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 3/4 cupfull cream fresh milk

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt butter in a mixer bowl in the microwave

  2. 2

    Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa into the bowl

  3. 3

    Add eggs, sugar and milk and mix on a low speed until combined

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a baking round cake tin

  5. 5

    Bake at 180c for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when slightly touched

  6. 6

    Leave in the tin for 10 minutes before turning on to a cooling rack
