Steps

Spray a large heavy pan with Frylight and fry off the onion, carrot and celery until soft

Add the garlic and cook for a further 2 minutes before adding the beef mince
- 3
Cook beef until browned all over, then add the tomato puree and crumble one oxo cube into the mixture. Cook for few minutes

Make up 100ml stock with other oxo cube and add to the mixture. Add more water if needed. Check for seasoning and add the mixed herbs. Turn heat down and simmer for 40 minutes

Beat the egg and combine with tub of yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- 6
Add a layer of beef ragu to a low sided roasting dish. Add a layer of Lasagna sheets and top with yogurt mixture. Keep layering until dish is full

Top with cheese and put into a pre heated oven on 180 degrees for 45 minutes

Portion up and serve with whatever veggies you have! In my case broccoli!
