Cut meat into pieces and poured it in sufuria

Boil it until it's soft for 30 to 50 minutes

Add tomato and cover the sufuria

Add meat and keep turning it to melt down

Add H20-water and allow it to boil

Dissolve royco in small cup, stir and pour it in sufuria

Serve it with rice,chapati or ugali
