Peel, wash and cook yam in a cup of water mixed with salted butter a pinch of salt and any herb of your choice.(coriander leaf)

Wash, slice all your veggies and set aside. Then cook your marinated chicken till tender.then set aside

Wash and blend your scotch bonnet roughly and set aside. Place a sauce pan on a medium heat and add olive oil

When oil is heated add chopped onion, garlic and stir fry then add your scotch bonnet and stir fry till it's cooked

Add your chicken, coconut milk, 1 cooking spoon of chicken stock, black pepper, season cube,a pinch of ginger paste and salt to taste. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.

Add all your veggies stir and leave to cook for 2minutes and turn off the heat.

Blend your pea with pepper and add a pinch of salt to taste.serve yam with the sauce and spicy pea purée.

This meal takes 30minutes to cook and 15minutes for preparation
