Ingredients

10 minutes
4 people
  • 4 cupscooked muthokoi
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 3 PCscarrots chopped and sliced
  • 1 bunchspinach chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • cubechilli royco I
  • 2tablespoonful cooking oil
  • 2 glasswater

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes cook till forms a paste

  3. 3

    Add spinach, salt, royco and carrots mix well and steam for 2-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add muthokoi and water mix and let them boil for about 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve and enjoy!!!!
