Heat oil a pan.add mustard seeds and chopped green chilli. When mustard seeds crackle, Add Chan a dal,urad dal,peanuts and fry till they turn slightly brown.

Add curry levels, red chilli, and chopped ginger. Fry for 3-4 seconds. Finally add turmeric powder and pinch of hing stir for a couple of seconds. Now remove from the heat.

Add the boiled rice mix very well.and the prepared seasoning along with the lemon juice and required amount of salt.mix well and lemon rice is ready to be serve and enjoy....
