Wash and chop your vegetables set aside Then prepare your tomatoes stew.

Put some water to boil, when it starts to bubble, add the spaghetti little salt,oil and parboil for 10-12 minutes. Then strain into a sieve. Note* I wash my spaghetti before cooking to reduce the excess starch

Heat up your pot with one spoonful vegetable oil adding your chopped vegetables,canned tuna fish the tomato stew the stock cube, salt and pepper to taste... and any other seasoning you like to add and leave to fry for 10 seconds on medium heat.

Add the precooked spaghetti stir with a wooden spoon and allow to cook for another 5minutes
