Ingredients

  • 5Medium sweet potatoes
  • 500 mlwater
  • 2 tbssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse your sweet potatoes and pour them in a pot of water that 500ml also add that sugar let it boil for 35 minutes

  2. 2

    Once they are cooked let them cool and remove their skins.

  3. 3

    Then slice them and it's a veggie so enjoy eating them.
