Soak the dal for 4-5 hours and grind it coarsely

Dry roast all the masala and grind it

Heat oil in kadai and add the dal paste and masala and mix it well add salt also

Cook it till it turns brown in color keep. Have a continuous stir

Prepare the dough and keep it to rest for 15 minutes covered with wet cloth

Make small balls of this dough and fill it with the stuffing and then roll it with light hand to make kachori

Heat oil in deep kadai on high flame don't let it be smoky hot

Now fry these kachori on medium low flame till golden from both the sides

Take them on a tissue paper and serve it hot with any chutney or sauce
