  1. 6pealed raw bananas
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1whole ginger grounded
  4. Cooking oil
  5. to tasteSalt

    Heat oil in a cooking then add onions and ginger

  2. 2

    Add water then allow it to boil before adding the bananas

  3. 3

    Add salt then cover it and leave to boil

  4. 4

    Serve while either mashed or whole with matumbo
