Save coconut water for grinding.

Do grinding in stone grinder fo more taste.

First grind coconut with daliya, coriander and green chilli. Make fine paste of it. Use coconut water to make it smoot

Make tadka of oil, jeera, mohri, curry leaves an pinch of salt and add this tadka in grinded coconut paste

Eat it fresh
