Scrambled eggs and guacamole

Place ½onions in a pan and stir. beat eggs and add. stir until the eggs are cooked and scrambled.

Add dhania and stir after a minute add tomatoes. stir as the tomatoes(3) soften. add salt and stir.

After 2 minutes remove from heat.

For the guacamole mix remaining onions, tomatoes and dhania. add salt and vinegar as you mix.

Add the avocado and mix for 3 minutes then serve with eggs and ugali.
