On nonstick cookware heat around half tablespoon of ghee and add sooji in it. roast it till it gets golden in colour.

Add remaining half tbsp of ghee in another cookware. heat it. once it heat, add mustard seeds and wait till it crack opens.

Add chopped green chilli, chopped onion and chopped carrot and saute it till it get translucent. carrot takes longer time to cok. so cut pieces small so it wont take much time.

Later add coriander and roasted sooji and mix it.

Add almost double to triple water with tbsp of curd and salt and stir it rapidly.

Add tomatos last. and put lid on. and let it cook for another 2-3 mins.
