Steps

Break eggs in a bowl,add salt and whisk very well.

Cut the tomatoes,green pepper,onion and pepper.

Place a pan on fire,heat up and add coconut oil then onion,tomatoes, green pepper

Pour in the frying oil allow to fry for 2mins.use frying spoon and turn upside down allow it to fry as well.

Fry the remaining egg same way bcos all 4 eggs can't be fried same time.

Is good to enjoy.
