Ingredients

25-30 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1 cupPumpkin puree
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 1/3 cupSugar
  • 1/3 cupRoasted vermicelli
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • -2-3 tbsGhee
  • 1/2 cupDry fruits (cashew, almonds, Raisins, makhaane, Chironji)

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Rost the dry fruits with 1 tsp of ghee for 5 minutes then Crushed roughly

    Add remaining ghee in that pan and add pumpkin puree and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame

    Add milk and vermicelli cook for 5 minutes and then add sugar..now cook for 10-12 minutes

    Now add dry fruits and switch off the gas then add Cardamom powder

    Garnish with chopped pistachios and Serve hot
