Steps

Take powdered sugar and milk powder in a container. Beat till fluffy

Add cocoa powder, flour, soda bi carb, baking powder and mix in single direction. Add milk to get dropping consistency batter (idli batter)

Take muffin mould. Grease mould with ghee or butter and dust it with flour

Put 1 tsp batter in mould. Put 1 or 2 pieces of bitter chocolate on it, cover this chocolate piece with 1 tsp batter.

Micro this muffins on Hi for 2 - 3 minutes.

Serve hot with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice-cream
