2chicken breast
2 tspfresh tarragon
1/2 cupmushrooms
2 clovegarlic
1/4 cupwhite wine
1 cupchicken broth
1 tbspolive oil
1/2 cupparmesan cheese
1salt and pepper

Steps

preheat oven to 400

chop tarragon and garlic together with olive oil to make a paste. Massage paste all over chicken.

place chicken in 9x9 inch baking dish.

Add mushrooms, stock, wine and cover with foil.

bake for 25 minutes. remove foil, baste breast and sprinkle with cheese.

bake additional 5 to 10 min or until browned
