Now cook it in a sauce pan on medium.

Stir at a steady pace. Don't stop stiring, if you do it could come out lumpy, no good.

It should thicken and turn into a cream, the longer it cooks the thicker it should get.

Put it in a bowl and add cinnamon on top let cool. But not too long, put in on a plate to cool faster.
