Knead meat, onion, salt, pepper, rice thoroughly

Shape into round balls and sprinkle with flour

Bring water to boil in saucepan with little salt; add meatballs and oil and simmer for about 40 min

Seperate eggs and beat whites until they form peaks; fold in yolks which have been beaten separately with lemon juice

Remove pan with meatballs, temper egg mixture with hot broth and then pour over meatballs

Serve hot
