Sauce for Avocados No. 2 Sauce for Avocados No. 2
I love avocados, but get tired of eating them the same way, so I'm coming up with various sauces to eat them with. This sauce is also great for boiled shrimp, so if you serve them together, they make great appetizers for guests. It may be called "pink pepper," but it's not really "pepper" as it's not spicy. It's got a nice fragrance, so sprinkle a lot on top. If you don't have a grinder, finely chop with a knife. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

My Favorite Avocado Tartar Sauce My Favorite Avocado Tartar Sauce
I made this because I wanted something different from my usual tartar sauce. It tasted delicious even though I only eyeballed the ingredients, so I decided to put this recipe together.*Refrain from keeping the sauce for later use, as the avocado will discolor quite quickly.*If the avocado is too hard to mash, microwave it until soft. Make sure you don't cook it too much.*You can also add a small amount of horseradish.I use it quite frequently with fish. Recipe by *ai* cookpad.japan -
Sauce for Avocado No. 1 Sauce for Avocado No. 1
I love avocados, but eating them the same way all the time gets boring, so I'm coming up with different sauces to enjoy them with. You can also just lightly sprinkle the spices from Step 1 onto an avocado and enjoy.I really think you should use pink pepper to add a nice color to the spices, but if you don't have any just go with black pepper! You can also substitute powdered red chili peppers for chili powder, and instead of lemon juice, white wine vinegar or regular vinegar are okay! It's all right even if you don't have all the ingredients, so go ahead and try it out. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -
California Farm Pico de Gallo Avocado Mayo Sauce California Farm Pico de Gallo Avocado Mayo Sauce
Eliane from Brasil taught me an avocado substitute for mayo. It is deliciously refreshing and tangy. I mixed her avocado mayo with home made greek yoghurt to make a creamier base for fresh pico de gallo sauce, as a topping for quesadillas or burritos or tacos or tamales, and a dip for fajitas. This is the recipe I used. Hobby Horseman -

Guacamole! A Simple, Delicious Mexican Sauce Guacamole! A Simple, Delicious Mexican Sauce
I added Krazy Salt to avocados, which I love and it was delicious. If you cut the avocado and find it to be black... just make guacamole out of it.After soaking the onion, be sure to get rid of any moisture. For the avocados, cut in half, remove the seed and peel, and crush by hand to make the paste. I recommend using a lot of Krazy Salt. Recipe by yukasuke39 cookpad.japan
