Ingredients

  • Spaghetti pasta
  • Ricota
  • 1onion
  • 2garlic cloves
  • Parmesan (to taste)
  • Dill (to taste)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Smoked salmon (I usexhalf pack)
  • Lemon juice (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta via packet instruction

  2. 2

    Fry off one onion with 2 garlic cloves

  3. 3

    Wen fryer of add splash of water from pasta

  4. 4

    Add half ricotta and stir in (if thick add more water)

  5. 5

    Add lemon dill seasoning and peas (keep stiring)

  6. 6

    Leave for couple minutes then add smoked salmon and pasta

  7. 7

    Serve with parmesan on top
