Peel your yam cut into pieces,wah and put on the fire

Add a little pinch of salt to it and allow it to boil

You can check it after every 5minutes with a knife or fork to see when it becomes soft and drop it down

Slice your tomatoes onions and pepper together, break your egg into it and mix them together

Put your frying pan on the fire and add your vegetable oil to it, allow it to heat,then you add your mixed ingredients to it

Add your salt and maggi to it while it fry,stir continuously to prevent burning

Fry for 2minutes and drop it down and serve
