Ingredients

  1. 3boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1red bell pepper
  3. 1yellow bell pepper
  4. 1orange bell pepper
  5. 1/2 cupshredded mozzerella cheese
  6. 10 slicepepperjack cheese
  7. 1/2 cupitalian dressing
  8. 1/4 cupitalian seasoned bread crumbs

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    let chicken marinate in Italian dressing for an hour or more (optional but definitely suggested)

  3. 3

    place chicken in 9 by 13 baking dish. sprinkle bread crumbs over top of chicken and let bake for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    while chicken is baking cut stem out of peppers and cut them in 1/4 and clean out seeds of each pepper. peppers should be in a bowl shape

  5. 5

    after the first 20 minutes of baking add the peppers in the dish around the chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes

  6. 6

    after 15 minutes sprinkle shredded mozz over chicken and peppers. then cover everything in the pepperjack slices and bake another 10 minutes.
