  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupghee
  • 1/2 spoonelaichi powder
  • 1/2 cupdry fruits crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Kardahi me ghee dalke besan ko axi tarah fry karna hai.

  2. 2

    Jab besan fry hoke mithi khusbu ane lage sugar dalke kux der chalaiye.

  3. 3

    Fir milk aur dry fruits dalke axi tarah pakaiye.

  4. 4

    Pak kar thick hojaye tab elaichi powder dalke mix kijiye.

  5. 5

    Gas off kijiye.

  6. 6

    Jab thorda thanda hojaye to laddu bana lijiye.
