Cooking Instructions

boiled sweet potato till cooked and soft then drain and let it cooled

removed skin then cut into medallion
- 3
wrap sweet potato with bacon then bake it at 200 C/400F for 30 to 45minute till bacon are cooked and crispy,tossing in between
