Preheat oven to 300°F.

Line a 9×11 cake pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Evenly lay out enough soda crackers in rows to cover the sheet.

In a small pot, melt butter,add sugar and bring to a low boil,stir constantly with spatula for 5 mins.

Remove from heat and pour over soda crackers,bake for 10 mins.

Remove from oven and cool for 10 mins.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and gently spread the melting chips into an even layer.
